𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐎𝐯𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰
We are looking for an Revenue Operations Specialist, who will be responsible for managing the entire customer billing process, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing, payment collection, and account reconciliation. This role is key to ensuring financial operations run smoothly and customer accounts are well maintained from the moment a contract is signed through to payment.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 :

★ Contract Review & Setup
• Review new customer contracts to ensure accurate billing information is recorded.
• Set up customer accounts in the billing system based on contract terms.
• Work with the sales teams to clarify any billing-related terms.

★ Customer Onboarding into Billing System
• Assist in onboarding customers into the payment system, ensuring all payment and billing information is up to date.
• Confirm tax information, discounts, and any special terms are properly applied.
• Set up Orbitax as a vendor in Customer Vendor Management Portals (coupa, SAP etc)

★ Invoice Generation & Distribution
• Generate accurate invoices in line with contract terms and billing schedules.
• Send out invoices to customers through the appropriate channels (email, vendor management portals, etc.).
• Manage recurring billing for customers on subscription-based services.

★ Payment Tracking & Follow-Up
• Monitor outstanding invoices and issue payment reminders for overdue accounts.
• Manage customer inquiries regarding invoices, payments, and any discrepancies.
• Collaborate with the customer success team to resolve overdue payments and disputes.

★ Process Improvement
• Continuously assess and improve the billing process for efficiency and accuracy.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities within billing, subscription management and payment collection workflows.

𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 :
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in billing, invoicing, or accounts receivable roles.
• Familiarity with payment platform Stripe is a plus.

• Technical Proficiency: Experience with billing and payment software, specifically Hubspot & Stripe
• Customer Service: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to maintain customer satisfaction throughout the billing process.
• Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines consistently.
• Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail, especially in financial records and invoicing.
• Proficient in English language.
• Flexible working hours as needed.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing financial data.
• Excellent communication skills to work with customers and internal teams.
• Problem-solving skills with the ability to handle disputes and discrepancies efficiently.

We are seeking a passionate, meticulous and self-driven Associate Software Quality Assurance (SQA) Engineer to join our team at Orbitax. As an Associate SQA Engineer, you will be the backbone of our operation, combining development and operation skills to streamline and accelerate the software development lifecycle (SDLC). And you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬 :
• Understanding business domain use cases.
• Collaborate diligently with Product Development Manager, Quality Assurance Engineer & Software Developer, Business Implementation teams in instrumenting their workflow to build a comprehensive picture of velocity, coverage and quality.
• Understand product requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality, usability, performance, and compatibility across different platforms.
• Automating repeated tasks and writing automated test scripts using different test frameworks like Cypress, Playwright, JMeter, Postman etc.
• Contribute to continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
• Analyzing bugs & errors, investigating and reporting root causes.
• Preparing the status report and regularly updating the progress of self-testing activities.
• Estimating, prioritizing, planning and coordinating quality testing activities.
• Managing feature documentation, troubleshooting FAQs and finding defects using different software tools.
• Document and track defects through to resolution, utilizing industry-standard defect tracking tools.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Learn & assist in the preparation and verification of international tax research and publication materials, including international tax forms and Country-by-Country (CbC) agreement documentation.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗤𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 :
• 0 - 2 years of hands-on experience in software testing both manual & automation.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle and QA methodologies.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the SQA domain.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
• Familiarity with testing tools like Postman, Selenium, Cypress, or JMeter is a plus.
