Practical Accounting & ERP Learning

Many of the recent generations today finish their Bachelors/Masters in Commerce from various universities and once they start their careers, they cannot do practical accounting tasks properly like Accounting Documentation, Ledger posting, Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement etc. This is largely due to our education system being more theoretical than practical. As a result of these

many don't even know how to making Accounting documentation and Entry posting of the Purchase, Sales, Inventory, Payroll and Accounting. Therefore before joining the job We would like to implement a Practical Platform for training that how to prepared Accounting Documentations, Software Entry posting and prepare financial statements.

সাম্প্রতিক প্রজন্মের অনেকেই আজ বিভিন্ন বিশ্ববিদ্যালয় থেকে বাণিজ্যে তাদের স্নাতক/মাস্টার্স শেষ করে এবং একবার তারা তাদের কর্মজীবন শুরু করলে, তারা অ্যাকাউন্টিং ডকুমেন্টেশন, লেজার পোস্টিং, ইনকাম স্টেটমেন্ট, ব্যালেন্স শীট, ক্যাশ ফ্লো স্টেটমেন্ট ইত্যাদির মতো ব্যবহারিক অ্যাকাউন্টিং কাজগুলি সঠিকভাবে করতে পারে না।

এর প্রধান কারণ আমাদের শিক্ষাব্যবস্থা বাস্তবের চেয়ে তাত্ত্বিক হওয়ার কারণে। এর ফলে অনেকেই জানেন না কিভাবে অ্যাকাউন্টিং ডকুমেন্টেশন এবং ক্রয়, বিক্রয়, ইনভেন্টরি, বেতন এবং অ্যাকাউন্টিং এর এন্ট্রি পোস্টিং তৈরি করতে হয়।
কাজেই চাকরিতে যোগদানের আগে আমি প্রশিক্ষণের জন্য একটি ব্যবহারিক প্ল্যাটফর্ম বাস্তবায়ন করতে চাই যে কীভাবে অ্যাকাউন্টিং ডকুমেন্টেশন, সফটওয়্যার এন্ট্রি পোস্টিং এবং আর্থিক বিবৃতি প্রস্তুত করতে হয়।

Abu Osman Mohammad Siddique. Siddique was born on 6th June, 1971 in the district of Kushtia, Bangladesh. He studied in Bachelor of Commerce under Rajshahi University and passed in 1992 with an excellent result. Afterwards, in June, 1994 he took admission in ICAB. Next, during 2008 he studied Certified Management Accountant (CMA) from HOCK International, Institute of Management Accounting, USA. Following, in 2010 he obtained his MBA-Finance degree from NIBM, Chennai, India. This was followed by his course completion on ISO Qualities Management (9001-2000 TUV-CERT Germany ) Finally, in 2021 he has completed the Certified course on Project Management from ICAB. Career Summary

He started his career in 1997 as Head of Accounts & Finance of, Rapa Plaza under Partnership of Deshbondhu Group & AR Trading . Later, during October, 1997 he joined the Accounts & Finance Department of Air Conditioning Contracting Co. (ARAMCO & SABIC Certified Contractor) at Saudi Arabia. Over there, he invested 15 years of his career life with talent, honesty, punctuality, and hard work that enabled him to reach the position of Chief of Finance. Next, in 2013 he joined as Accounts & Finance Unit Head of Mahamud Group (Composite Textile & Garments) and over there he played a key role in Oracle ERP System Implementation. Afterwards, in 2015 he joined as a CFO of Green Dot Ltd, Water Birds Ltd, ABM Engineering Ltd and Aqua Dynamics Ltd (Environment Engineering Contractor, Trader, and Manufacturer). Over there he implemented ISO-9001-2015. He is also implementing ERP ODOO Software with Service and Maintenance Apps.
