Position- RnD Assistant or Deputy Manager

Criteria:
1. Should have good knowledge in Knitting (count, stitch length, design, drafting, dia gsm and shrinkage) and finishing
2.Should have good leadership.
3.Should have a mentality to work with ownership.
4.Should come with a determination to work at least 3-5 years.
5. Preferable batch 38, 39,40,41

Responsibilities:
1. To work on new developments.
2. Risk assessment of a development to bulk in all aspects.
3. To set the process and follow up from development stage to bulk (Special and critical fabrics in terms of fabrication and color)
4. To arrange and keep documents properly.
5. To deal with the Merch.
