We are looking for candidates to work as "Junior Officer" for a renowned Mobile Financial Organization under E-Zone contract.

Location: Mohakhali, Dhaka

Working Days: 6 days a week

Working Hours: Roster Duty (Any 8-hour working shift between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in validating documents of Entity Accounts.
• Conduct Enhanced Due Diligence of the Entity Accounts such as Merchant Plus, Digital Commerce Enterprise Merchant, etc. based on the provided documents and business nature of the entities.
• Screen adverse media and online websites/apps to identify ML/TF risks and potential PEP and IP.
• Search open-sourced and consolidated local lists of PEP and IP for data collection.
• Categorize the identified PEPs and IPs as per risk matrix in PEP/IP database.
• Recommend appropriate risk mitigation measures and support in adopting the measures.
• Carry out KYC Quality Check (QC) sampling of all existing Personal and Non-Personal Accounts as per standards/guidelines.
• Conduct root cause analysis through previous KYC QC results and perform trend analysis.
• Keep record and escalate the outcomes and observations of risk assessment.
• Report the findings and rectification status of KYC QC sampling including ad-hoc reporting to team members.
• Validate all the Personal and Non-Personal Accounts registered with Other Photo ID as per standards/guidelines.
• Identify the Photo ID type and input all information from the Photo ID in the Other Photo ID database.
• Match the data between system data and Photo ID data, and keep record of the observations.
• Maintain KYC QC and Other Photo ID databases.

Educational Requirement: Minimum Bachelor's degree (Any Discipline)

• Age limit: Maximum 30 years
• Experience: 0-1 year (Freshers are encouraged to apply)

Other Requirements:

* Excellent computer skill (Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Internet and System Operation)
* Proficiency in handling data files
* Ability to work within deadlines with defined processes and procedures
* Good communication skill

Salary & Other Benefits:

- Salary Range: BDT. 20,000/-
- 2 Festival Bonuses annually (Subject to eligibility)
- Salary review: Annually
