একটি বাড়ি শুধু ইট-পাথরের নির্মাণ নয়, এটি স্মৃতি, অনুভূতি আর জীবনের গল্পের সমষ্টি।

এই রেনোভেশন প্রজেক্টটি ছিল আমাদের জন্য বিশেষ। একজন অবসরপ্রাপ্ত সেনা কর্মকর্তার বহু স্মৃতিবিজড়িত বাসা, যেখানে তার পরিবারের অসংখ্য মুহূর্ত জড়িয়ে আছে। লক্ষ্য ছিল বাড়িটির আত্মাকে অক্ষুণ্ণ রেখে আধুনিক, কার্যকরী ও আরামদায়ক একটি বাসস্থান তৈরি করা।

সীমিত বাজেট, পুরনো কাঠামোর নানা সীমাবদ্ধতা এবং পরিবারের চাহিদাগুলোকে মাথায় রেখে ধাপে ধাপে পরিকল্পনা করা হয়েছে প্রতিটি স্পেস। স্মার্ট ফোল্ডিং ডোর, কার্যকর স্টোরেজ, উন্মুক্ত ও আলো-বাতাসপূর্ণ পরিবেশ, এবং মিনিমাল ডিজাইনের মাধ্যমে বাড়িটিকে দেওয়া হয়েছে নতুন প্রাণ।

সবচেয়ে বড় প্রাপ্তি হলো ক্লায়েন্টের সন্তুষ্টি। যখন একটি পরিবার তাদের স্বপ্নের ঘর ফিরে পায়, তখনই আমাদের পরিশ্রম সার্থক হয়।

আজ এই বাড়িটি পরিচিত একটি সুন্দর নামেই — *"অবকাশ"*। 🌿

A home is more than just bricks and concrete; it is a collection of memories, emotions, and life stories.

This renovation project was truly special to us. The home belonged to a retired Army officer and held countless cherished memories for his family. Our goal was to preserve the soul of the house while transforming it into a modern, functional, and comfortable living space.

Working within a limited budget and overcoming the constraints of an older structure, we carefully planned every detail to meet the family's needs. Through smart folding doors, efficient storage solutions, improved natural light and ventilation, and a minimalist design approach, we gave the home a fresh new life.

Our greatest achievement was the satisfaction of our client. There is no better reward than seeing a family reconnect with their dream home.

Today, this home is proudly known by a beautiful name — "Obokash" 🌿
