Lodestar Innovation Partners is looking for an experienced and dedicated Event Project Manager to join our growing team.

Position: Project Manager (Event)
Type: Full-time
Salary: BDT 25,000–35,000 (based on experience)

Requirements:
✅ Minimum 5 years of proven experience in event management, project coordination, or related field.
✅ Minimum age: 30 years.
✅ Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills.
✅ Ability to manage multiple projects, teams, and vendors.
✅ Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities:

* Plan, organize, and oversee corporate and cultural events.

* Manage logistics, budgeting, and vendor coordination.

* Supervise on-ground operations and ensure successful ex*****on.

* Build relationships with sponsors, partners, and media.

* Ensure events align with company objectives and brand identity.
