𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:
The "Senior Executive – Sales & Marketing" will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve company revenue targets, expand market presence, and strengthen customer relationships. The role requires proactive business development, market analysis, customer acquisition, and coordination with internal teams to ensure sustainable business growth.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and execute sales plans to increase revenue and market share.
• Identify new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, distributors and corporate clients.
• Conduct regular client visits and follow-up activities.
• Prepare and negotiate quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Monitor competitor's activities and market trends.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote company products and services.
• Conduct market research and customer analysis.
• Create and manage promotional activities, events, and exhibitions.
• Coordinate digital marketing initiatives including social media and online promotions.
• Assist in developing branding and communication strategies.
• Monitor marketing campaign effectiveness and prepare performance reports.
• Explore new markets and customer segments.
• Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
• Maintain an updated database of clients and business opportunities.
• Establish strategic partnerships to support business growth.
• Prepare sales forecasts, sales reports, and market intelligence reports.
• Analyze sales performance and recommend improvement strategies.
• Present business updates and performance reports to management.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution.

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management or a related field.
• MBA in Marketing will be considered an advantage.

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝:
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sales & Marketing.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Strong sales negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Business development and relationship management skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Knowledge of CRM software and digital marketing tools will be an advantage.

𝐉𝐨𝐛 𝐒𝐮𝐦𝐦𝐚𝐫𝐲:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in architectural design, building regulations, BNBC (Bangladesh National Building Code) compliance, FAR (Floor Area Ratio) calculations, project coordination and construction supervision. The candidate will be responsible for preparing architectural designs, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting project ex*****on from concept to completion.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Prepare architectural concepts, design drawings and presentation materials.
• Develop detailed architectural plans, elevations, sections and construction drawings.
• Create innovative and functional design solutions based on client requirements.
• Coordinate design development with structural, electrical, plumbing and other consultants.
• Ensure all designs comply with BNBC requirements and relevant government regulations.
• Conduct FAR (Floor Area Ratio) calculations, setback calculations, coverage analysis and zoning compliance assessments.
• Prepare and review documents required for approval from relevant authorities.
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies and stakeholders regarding project approvals.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards and deadlines.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers and consultants throughout project ex*****on.
• Conduct site visits and monitor construction progress to ensure compliance with approved drawings.
• Resolve design and technical issues during construction.
• Prepare BOQ support drawings and technical specifications.
• Review shop drawings, material submissions and contractor proposals.
• Maintain project documentation and records.

𝐄𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.
• IAB Membership will be considered an advantage.

𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project ex*****on.
• Strong experience in BNBC code compliance and FAR calculations.
• Experience in residential, commercial, mixed-use, and apartment development projects will be preferred.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Lumion, Revit, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of BNBC, FAR calculations, building approval procedures and construction standards.
• Excellent design visualization and presentation skills.
• Strong project coordination and communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and manage project deadlines effectively.

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented "Executive – HR Operations" to support and manage day-to-day HR operational activities for our client companies. The role requires strong coordination skills, problem-solving ability and hands-on experience in HR operations, employee management and administrative support.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
• Handle daily HR operations activities for assigned client companies
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation and databases
• Support attendance, leave, payroll coordination and employee lifecycle management
• Coordinate recruitment processes including interview scheduling and onboarding
• Ensure proper HR compliance and policy implementation
• Communicate with client employees regarding HR-related issues and support
• Prepare HR reports, letters and operational documents
• Assist management in improving HR processes and operational efficiency
• Coordinate with different departments and client representatives regularly

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:
• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Business Administration, or relevant field
• 1–2 years of experience in HR Operations or relevant HR roles
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or Canva and Video Editing Tools
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure
• Professional attitude with strong organizational skills

• Experience working with Management, HR & Business consulting firms or multiple client management
• Knowledge of labor law and HR compliance
