🏷️ 1. Vanilla Coconut Bars

Ingredients:

* 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
* 1/2 cup (100g) granulated sugar
* 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
* 1/2 cup (50g) shredded coconut
* 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
* 1/4 tsp salt

Procedure:

* Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F.
* Grease or line a square baking pan with parchment paper.
* In a bowl, mix melted butter, sugar, and vanilla extract.
* Add flour, shredded coconut, and salt. Mix until combined.
* Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared pan.
* Bake for 20–25 minutes until lightly golden.
* Cool completely, then cut into bars.

Ingredients:

* 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour
* 1/2 cup (45g) unsweetened cocoa powder
* 3/4 cup (150g) granulated sugar
* 1/2 cup (115g) unsalted butter, melted
* 2 large eggs
* 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
* 1/4 tsp salt
* 1/3 cup (60g) chocolate chips

Procedure:

* Preheat oven to 175°C / 350°F.
* Grease or line a baking pan.
* Mix melted butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
* Add flour, cocoa powder, and salt. Stir until smooth.
* Fold in chocolate chips.
* Pour the batter into the pan and spread evenly.
* Bake for 22–28 minutes.
* Cool before cutting into bars.

Procedure:

* Press the mixture evenly into the pan.
