If Iran falls in the US-Israeli war with Iran that began yesterday, America's next target will be Türkiye and Pakistan. And the reason for Iran's defeat will be the Islamic countries of the Middle East who have unjustly helped America by going against Iran, and have accepted infidels as friends instead of Muslims.
