Deep Stretch is here for you! It is an introductory stretch 🧘🏽‍♂️🧘🏽‍♀️and balance workshop aimed at making you feel relaxed, improving your flexibility and teaching you acro balances . All while sipping and sampling whatever goodies you want to bring to the party!
