We are happy to present you the second speaker of our course, in collaboration between SPE METU and SPE ASOIU, Greener Future: Bridging Borders! Azad Mammadov will be delivering the lecture on Electrical Energy on the 19th of March. ⚡️

👤 About our speaker:
Azad Mammadov has 7 years of work experience in the field of renewable energy, especially in wind and solar PV electric stations.
Mr. Mammadov earned his bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering at ASOIU in 2011, worked in NaxEnergetika for 3.5 years, first as an installation master, then consultant. In 2016, Azad Mammadov has served as chief engineer Solar PV Electric Station for 3 years, and was a director of the Solar PV plant of Nakhchivan in 2019-2022, and since October 2022, he serves as a Chief Electrical Engineer in Dongfang Electric Corporation.

Gunduz Mahmudov expertly covered various aspects during the session, including the importance of selecting the right drilling bit, its impact on drilling performance and efficiency, different types of bits and their design, applications, and limitations, factors influencing bit selection and performance evaluation, and the significance of IADC codes in bit selection📚
