By attending one to two classes per week you will experience the benefits in s short time. We offer small group classes on the Pilates 'reformer' equipment that run for fifty minutes each and are fully instructed by a qualified Pilates Instructor. We can also offer you private sessions for your convenience. Myotherapy is also available to assist you with a more hands on approach to treating and managing physical complaints such as back pain and muscular concerns. If you have private health cover you are able to claim on the HICAPS system on the spot.
