The gate weighs 420kg. There are no visible welds, no visible fittings, and it took a crane to install. It runs whisper-smooth on custom steel framing engineered specifically to carry that weight while keeping the aesthetics clean.

When Willemsen Architecture and Burleigh Constructions are collaborating on a residence of this calibre, the gate can't be an afterthought. It needs to match the vision, the ex*****on, and the attention to detail that defines the entire project.

That's where Leo and the Alpha Gate Automation team came in - a custom two-sided panel design, vertical slat pedestrian gate, and integrated security intercom with video and keypad entry.

A heavy machinery contractor. A 16-hectare bush property. No mains power. A house 400 metres from the gate. And one final instruction from the client:

So Leo did exactly that!

It required some genuine creative problem-solving before a single panel was cut, but the result is a gate you won't find anywhere else in the country, because it was built for this place and no other.
