Just wrapped up line boring this beast of a 1000hp+ Ford Barra engine! Installed the billet OG Performance Engines Main Brace along with the ARP studs kit to lock down that bottom end and handle all the power without flexing or failing.
Line boring is crucial for these high-output builds – it ensures the main bearing bores are perfectly straight and aligned after adding reinforcements like the main brace. Without it, you risk uneven wear, crankshaft binding, or even catastrophic failure under boost. Precision matters when you're pushing four figures!
If you're building a Barra monster, hit us up for all your machining needs.

Just wrapped up some precision machining on this Nissan SR20 cylinder head! 🚀 We enlarged the head bolt holes to fit those beefy 1/2 inch ARP studs for ultimate clamping power, and thread milled the Welsh plug holes out to -16 ORB for better sealing and custom fittings. This bad boy is ready to handle some serious boost now. Check out the close-ups – the finishes are spot on! 💪🔧

Fun fact: The SR20 engine, especially the turbocharged DET variant, was a game-changer in the '90s drift scene, powering icons like the Nissan Silvia and holding the record for the most wins in the Japanese Touring Car Championship back in its heyday.
