I hope this post helps a begginer swimmer.

Last week I was very proud of my "active recovery" swim, but the following day I found myself with horrible knee pain. I was lucky to find a last minute appointment at and the conclusion is that I am an angry kicker 😂 after some taping, a few days of antiinflammatories and no knee locking exercises I felt the knee back to normal.
But I did enjoy swimming and wanted to get back. My amazing boy recommended to try this amazing BUOY (see what I did there?)
You put it between the legs so you don't kick and also helps them to float with you, then use your arms. I used it today for the first time and it blew my mind! I was able to focus on the movement of my arms, how they hit the water, how I turn my head and my breathing was on point.

Conclusion: if you are starting to swim and want to work on efficient breathing and how you use your arms, I HIGHLY recommend give this boy a try! I ment bouy 😂
