Daily Rituals for Grounded Leadership

Tracy McFie shares the practices that have kept her grounded while holding space for thousands of women.

Since her 20s, daily rituals have been her anchor — from barefoot grounding to shower practices that cleanse the energetic field. For Tracy, being in the now dissolves both depression and anxiety, bringing presence and clarity.

She lights virtual candles, sings her daily diddies, and shares her “daily spell” with Wild Tribe. Her most powerful ritual: imagining shower water washing away residual energy, disentangling her from outside attachments, and restoring her frequency to its pure state.

🌊 InnerWaves Path of Service

Not just healing yourself… but helping others do it too.

Most people want to help others feel better.
Few are willing to sit with their own discomfort first.

Doing the work changes you.
But for some, it doesn’t stop there.

It becomes something you want to share.
To guide.
To hold space for others going through the same things you once did.

Practicing 9D Breathwork isn’t just about learning a method.
It’s about understanding how to help people move what’s been stuck,
regulate their nervous system,
and create real change in their lives.

If you feel called to this work, book a call and learn more. 🌬️✨

Authentic Leadership: Healing as You Go

Tracy McFie shares her vision of leadership — not as someone who knows it all, but as a woman who learns, heals, and evolves along the way.

For her, the most inspiring leaders are those who take accountability, admit when they’ve shifted perspectives, and shed old identities to embrace new ways of being. Active leadership, she says, is far more refreshing than the rigid “do as I say” style. It’s about authenticity, growth, and courage to transform in real time.

Leading While Healing

Tracy McFie shares how she continued to lead, serve, and show up for others while navigating her own healing journey.

When her marriage ended, she pushed through — juggling school fees, braces, a mortgage, and her role as a mother, all while building Wild Tribe and Sisterhood Rising. But during her recent nervous breakdown, she chose a different path: withdrawing from the public eye, spending time in nature, with her grandchildren, and focusing on her own reset.

Now, she’s equipping herself with new tools — studying NLP at the master’s level, adding to her background in social work, psychology, and human design. For Tracy, stepping back became the way to propel forward.

🌊 InnerWaves Daily Reflection

THE COMPLAINING ADDICTION

Stop being a professional victim.

Complaining for an hour about your boss or your life isn’t “releasing pressure” — it’s you feeding your misery. The more you vent, the more your mind gets addicted to it. You’re not healing, you’re rehearsing the pain.

Winners don’t sit around talking about the rain — they build a roof. And people around you aren’t your emotional dumping ground. Keep doing it, and you’ll only attract others who are stuck just like you.

Stop complaining. Start fixing.

Shedding Layers: Grace in Evolution

Tracy McFie reflects on how stepping into new stages of life often brings a natural shedding — of friendships, jobs, and even identities.

While these transitions can be painful, she emphasizes the importance of holding grace for what once was, rather than slipping into gossip or blame. Each shift, she shares, happens for a reason and becomes part of our next evolution. True empowerment lies in honoring the past while embracing growth with compassion.
