Kristi is one of the amazing team at Pilates Lab Mordy and we can’t wait for you to meet her. Having grown up a part of London’s West end dance scene, pilates was essential to avoid injury and over the years has become Kristi’s passion.

The Ladder Barrel is such a unique, cleverly designed piece of equipment that allows our bodies to move in a completely different way to the traditional matwork or reformer that most of you might know.

It’s beautifully rounded top shape allows our spines to work with support while increasing mobility, flexibility & allows us to build greater strength in our end range of motion.

The Ladder Barrel is used in our studio group classes, privates & duo classes.
