Applied Self Defence was
developed by taking techniques from a range of the world’s best martial arts and combining them into a curriculum that focuses on their use in real-world self-defence situations. We draw upon techniques from Wing Chun Kung Fu, Muay Thai Kickboxing, Brazilian Jujitsu, Kali (Philipino stick-fighting), and more; taking a holistic approach to the art of self-defence, Womens Self Defence and Antibullying in a safe and friendly community environment. Our head instructor, Jamie Ramzan, has more than 20 years of real-world experience across a range of martial arts, he has taught Anti bullying in schools across Adelaide and is well versed in the use of self defence techniques in crowd control and public security.
