Day 1 of the Winternationals has arrived! The crew is defrosting and todays action kicks of at 12pm.

Liezel in the SCG racing parts JNR dragster will have 2 qualifying sessions. After a couple of test runs last weeked, the car is ready to go and there is a huge 50 cars entered for this weekend.

The Simpson race parts modified is back after 8 months with Stephan behind the wheel. A few gremlins after the first pass at the warm ups last weekend and the team was busy to get the car ready for today!

Good luck to all racers over the weekend and if you cant make it out, Kayo will have a livestream from tomorrow.

The good news is the sun is shining, the even better news is both Liezel in the Junior dragster and Stephan in the modified are through and both on track today for finals day!!!

The track crew are hard at work drying the track and with a delayed start of 9.45am, it is not to late to get your backside trackside for a full day of action from juniors right through to the Pro categories!!
