Fantastic conditions 19 C water temp. Light breeze at 9.00 am start.
Not a bad time 1hr 3 min for opening oceanswim of the year.

Great event with a fantastic cause.
Water Temp 21C
Light Breeze from South
Swell 1 to 2m out the back
Conditions allowed a nice glide into the catch and pull through to the hip.
The distance tested technique and ability to maintain a high elbow against fatigue.

North Bondi 2km Oceanswim
Conditions Strong Southerly swell
Water temperature 22C
Due to the swell the course was reduced to 1.6km
Challenging swim against large swell and chop.
Drill keeping head as low as possible when not sighting.
Making sure the pull through finished past the hip.
