This Christmas and New Year spare a thought for our amazing Police Force and first responders. Every year I support this worthy cause and sponsor their desk diaries with other local and interstate businesses. To all my police, nurse, paramedic and doctor friends you are appreciated in this season for keeping us safe and looking after us in our vulnerable moments. This came today!

Having met many of Australia’s most integrous and heart centred politicians state-wide and federally across all sides of the fence - I wholeheartedly support them - it’s a tough gig - I wrote this article for the West Australian supporting proposed workplace changes in Australia’s parliament and why it’s so important to maintaining integrity in politics. Having driven strategic, corporate culture change programs over many years, addressing toxic culture is the number one consideration to building effective and high performing teams and effectively implementing strategy and in this case legislation.
