The band was formed in 1995 and adopted the name Rockingham City Pipe Band from the same area where it originated and remains to date. RCPB adopted a policy of teaching and promoting the Great Highland Bagpipe, Snare, Tenor and Bass drumming.
• 2003 the band was invited and attended the Blossom Festival held in Ako, Jap

RCPB had a great day performing at the Australian nationals on Saturday, not the result we wanted,but still a great day. 🎶
