cancers. Yet, it is our second deadliest cancer, claiming 101 lives every week. Watch for
B.O.W.E.L. symptoms – if they persist over two weeks, see your GP immediately. Early
stages may have no symptoms, so regular screening is important.​

The flu is more than a bad cold. It is a common viral infection that affects people of all ages. Vaccination is highly recommended for people aged 65 years and over as they are at high risk of developing serious complications from flu. This is partly because our immune defence weakens as we age.
