Thanks for the dust off .somerville.rns 🙏🏻 ✨ This week I had the pleasure of presenting to the North Metropolitan TAFE Anaesthetic Technician student cohort.

The session was part of their unit “Reflect on and Improve Own Professional Practice”, where I shared insights on:
🔹 Communication pathways and techniques in the perioperative environment.
🔹 The importance of reflective practice.
🔹 8 different models of reflection to support ongoing personal and professional growth.

It was a privilege to see such a wonderfully engaged group of students leaning into the conversation with thoughtful, self-aware questions. Their curiosity and interaction made the session both enjoyable and inspiring.
