ESC Engineering completed the code compliance upgrade for the heritage-listed Fremantle Town Hall — a project that carefully balanced modern compliance requirements with the preservation of a 140-year-old landmark. 🏛️

Delivered in 2025 as part of a $2M upgrade, the project included investigation of the existing infrastructure, along with the design and documentation of upgraded electrical and fire detection systems for integration into the adjoining Civic Centre. The upstairs seating and lighting were also upgraded as part of the works.
