On Tuesday my beloved mother Eleanor Carney slipped away from us forever on a river of music and love from Dad, my three sisters and I.
She was indomitable, indefatigable, inimitable and utterly irreplaceable.
She was bold but never brash, detail oriented but not persnickety, ascerbic but never mean, principled but not narrow-minded, beautiful but not vain, clever but not patronizing.
We loved her and she loved us.

Services will be held at Pinnaroo Memorial Garden 3pm Tuesday 29 October followed by a celebration upstairs at the Carlisle Hotel at 6pm.
Bright coloured clothing encouraged, smart casual not formal.
Please don’t send flowers, instead a donation to the leukemia foundation in her name appreciated.
