Our dietitian students recently joined RADIO MAMA to chat about Earth to Table, a community-led recipe book celebrating the rich cultural food knowledge of the Midwest. Created in collaboration with Yamaji Elders, community members and local organisations, the project brings together meaningful recipes, traditional cooking practices and food stories that honour culture, identity and connection to Country.
