How many kilos of grapes make one bottle of wine? 🍷
Honestly… we’re not too sure. We put ours in cans.
But here’s what we do know — 1 tonne of grapes makes around 600–700 litres. And this vintage, we picked 20 tonnes.
So… safe to say, we hope you’re thirsty.

Not your average day at work 🍇
Yes… we still crush some of our grapes the old-school way. Feet in barrels and all.
It’s messy, a bit chaotic, and a lot of fun, but it also keeps things gentle on the fruit and full of character.
From there, the grapes are crushed with almost no skin contact to get that soft ‘pigeon eye pink’ hue, then fermented to around 8% alcohol to hold onto a little natural sweetness.
A little tradition, a little science, and a lot of good grapes!

It all starts with the fruit 🍇
We work with Cabernet Sauvignon from Margaret River, alongside Grenache and a touch of Shiraz from our small Swan Valley vineyard.
Old, dry-grown vines, watered by nature and picked with care.
Different regions, different timings, all coming together to create something balanced, fresh, and uniquely ours.

Cabanato is a wine spritz made from WA grapes, lightly sparkling and full of flavour. Think unique blends like Rumba with a hint of Caribbean rum, or Chocafé with rich, coffee notes.
Come down for a taste, find your favourite, and take home a carton for the weekend.
