Rally up your teams! With details about our next showcase close to being released, we’re opening up applications soon for you to be a part of this exciting event ✨📣

Applications this year will open on ‼️ May 1st at 12pm (AWST) ‼️ This year, as we are anticipating a high volume of applications, we will be accepting performances on a first in, best dressed basis. This means that applications will only be accepted up until a quota is reached.

You and your crew will have the option to commit to a short set (5 mins max) or a longer set (10 mins max) when applying for our showcase.

This year’s theme is centred around a pep rally / college football game aesthetic and we highly encourage applicants to consider the theme when planning their sets. ORIGINAL CHOREOGRAPHY is also heavily encouraged alongside the usual kpop dance cover sets. We want you to show us the colours your team brings to the stage! 📣🏅

When applying expect to answer the following questions:
1. Crew Name
2. Preference for a short or long set
3. Strictly dancing or singing + dancing
4. Rough estimate at the amount of performers in your set
5. A video sampling your crew’s dance (there will be a space for you to link videos from youtube / tiktok / google drive etc.)

ShowKase: System Reboot is finally TOMORROW! We hope you are as excited as we are for this special day. With that being said, here is all the required information you may need before making your way to Cyril Tyler Auditorium tomorrow …

📟 ONLINE TICKET SALES ARE NOW CLOSED 📟
If you would like to still purchase a ticket for the show tomorrow, we will have door sale tickets available at the entrance to the theatre. Door sale tickets will be $30 each and we will only accept cashless payments.

⛓️‍💥 SCHEDULE OF EVENTS ⛓️‍💥
- Doors to the venue and theatre will open at 5:00pm, where you will be able to make your way to your seats and browse our amazing stalls along the way
- The show will commence promptly at 5:30pm so please make sure you are seated before then 🤗*

🚨 DOORS TO THE VENUE WILL CLOSE AT 7PM. NO NEW ATTENDEES WILL BE ALLOWED ENTER THE VENUE AFTER THIS TIME. 🚨

- The show is expected to conclude at 8pm and you will be able to continue shopping out amazing stalls until 9pm

Before making your way to our venue, make sure you’ve brought your cashless payment card, your digital tickets and YOUR FAVOURITE KPOP LIGHTSTICK TO CHEER THE CREWS ON! 😍 We would like to remind you that food and drinks are strictly prohibited in the Cyril Tyler Auditorium (except for water)
