I love getting outside and being active with my teenage daughter, living in a place that's so beautiful with incredible water and sunshine most of the time I feel so blessed to be able to do this!

Felt a bit anxious this morning, almost didn't do my morning routine (Pilates, Walk, Smoothie)
Took a breath, got up.. my hair was a mess and my top was creased, totally disheveled but I went and I showed up for myself. I did it and here I am half way through my walk feeling happy and healthy πΆπ»ββοΈβοΈ
Sometimes what you least want to do is what you should do the most!

As a busy woman the demands of a hectic lifestyle can lead to stress, adrenal fatigue and burnout. For those of us who juggle a hundred things at once - our kids, our businesses, our jobs, the housework and everything else on our to do list, it's even more so important to just STOP! Take a breath, release the tension in our muscles and allow ourselves some time out.
