Sneaky peek...ready for delivery!

Wow what a mammoth cake! I used over 4 kgs of chocolate ganache to make this 1950's Alfa Romeo car and road cake. Everything except the windscreen is edible and it took me 2 days to create. I received a lovely message from my customer:
Hi Sarah, the cake looks AMAZING! You are so clever. I am so happy with it I can't wait for everyone to see it! Thank you so much x
Im so thrilled they love it! ....now for a glass (or two) of wine!!
