Gear Up: Building Site Ready Pathways for Women in Mining

Mader’s Gear Up traineeship gives women the skills and hands on experience to hit the ground running in mining.

Participants get real TAFE training, work alongside seasoned technicians on site, and learn the ropes of site life.

Delivered in two five week blocks combining off site training and on site experience.
