HC Blower Truck Driver/Operator Job in Perth PMB is Perth's leading provider of blower truck services - we install soil and mulch on a really big scale. We primarily work with commercial landscapers, local governments and civil contractors to help get their projects completed quickly, safely and efficiently.

Do you enjoy driving a truck, but like to get of the cab too?

Founded in 2018, PMB is a start-up business working to revolutionise the Western Australian landscape & construction industries.
We use unique machinery to complete mulch, soil, sand, and gravel installation projects.

The Role:
As a rapidly growing and changing business, PMB is seeking a skilled all-rounder to learn the basics of all of our machinery, but to primarily lead in the operation of our Slinger Truck.

No two days are the same in this role. You could find yourself completing a playground sand install for a school on Monday, spreading topsoil on a tier-one civil site on Tuesday, then assisting with the completion of a rooftop soil installation for the remainder of the week. However, over time, we expect this role to pivot to being almost entirely Slinger-truck-based.

The Slinger truck is an amazing piece of machinery. Using a remote-controlled conveyor belt it installs sand, soil, gravel, or mulch quickly and efficiently.

We're looking for a long-term relationship. So, to be successful in this role, you must:
- Be a team player with a positive attitude
- Have experience operating machinery (especially using a remote control) and be mechanically minded
- Be a leader in your field
- Take pride in your work
- Be solution orientated
- Be comfortable with technology, and computer-literate
- Hold a HR licence (auto is fine)
- Complete a full medical
- Be open to night-shift work from time to time

Remuneration:
We offer flexible packages to reflect the skills, experience, and expertise of the applicant.

Other details:
- Full-time position, based in Perth but with some regional work
- Salary position, with an average of 50 hours per week
- Start time: 6am
