For more than 45 years, Indigo Junction has worked alongside people experiencing homelessness, housing crisis and hardship, providing safe housing, specialist support and pathways to stronger futures.
As our organisation continues to grow through new services and major capital development projects, we are seeking passionate and experienced individuals to join our voluntary Board of Directors.
We're particularly interested in people with experience in:
- Property development and financing
- Human resources, workforce strategy or organisational development
- Community services, housing or homelessness
- Legal oversight
- Risk management, governance and compliance
We also welcome applications from candidates with diverse cultural, professional, community and lived experience, including emerging and younger professionals looking to develop their governance skills. Training, mentoring and ongoing Board development opportunities are available.
This is an opportunity to make a meaningful contribution to an organisation creating lasting change across Midland and Perth's north-east.
Location: Midland (with online attendance available where required)
Commitment: Bi-monthly Board meetings plus preparation and committee participation

Looking for a bit of support, connection, and time just for you?
The Being a Parent (BaP) program is a free, welcoming group for parents and carers of children aged 2–11 years.
Join other parents in a relaxed, supportive space to share experiences and explore everyday parenting together. Each session is practical, friendly, and focused on real-life strategies you can use at home.

Everyone deserves a safe and stable place to call home.
Indigo Junction's NPAH Housing Support Program supports eligible people living in public or social housing who may be experiencing challenges maintaining their tenancy.
Through personalised support and case management, our Housing Support Workers help people stay housed and connected to the services they need.
