*** Strata Cleaning 3 days per week ***
Due to ongoing growth we are looking for a part time employee to join the JML family to help get through the work. You will be working outdoors with a dynamic team.

** Duties include: **
Vacuuming and mopping
Cleaning windows and entry doors
Dusting and removing cobwebs
Cleaning handrails
Use of leaf blower
Pick up of litter and junk mail
Garbage bin take in/ take out
Bin Cleaning
High Pressure Cleaning
This job has lots of variety so you need to be a fast learner and be prepared to work quickly.

We start around 8.30 and finish around 5pm. We service properties around Perth from Clarkson to Fremantle.

** About you: **
The successful candidate will have experience in strata cleaning / general cleaning. However training will be provided to the selected candidate.

The successful candidate must be reliable and be able to work well and to a high standard unsupervised once training has been completed.

** Must have: **
Current Drivers licence and be able to drive a manual vehicle.

Must be a team player, have great communication skills and an energetic personality.
