The role is the day to running, end to end, of a property portfolio. With an Inspection Manager who does routine inspections. An experienced Property Manager is essential.

The following is required:

• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to troubleshoot and make decisions
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Experience on Property Management systems eg. Property tree/ VAULTRE/ Inspection Manager/ InspectRealEstate.
• Exposure to rent review procedures
• A good numerical literacy
• Ability to liaise with clients at all levels
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Great teamwork skills
