1 small pkt frozen Steam Fresh vegetables
90g sweet potato (air fryer)
1 tsp tomato paste
1 tsp Taco spice mix
1/2 tsp grounded cumin
Salt & pepper
17g low fat grated cheese
20g light sour cream
Topped with spring onion
