Today, on National Sorry Day, My Place honours the strength, truth and lived experiences of Stolen Generations survivors and their families.
We acknowledges the history of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander children being forcibly removed from their families, communities and Country, and the ongoing, intergenerational impacts that continue today.
It is a time for reflection, listening and continued learning.
