It's time for change!

I have been planning a move away from "Totally Sound Health" to something more in alignment with how my offerings have evolved for several years now. The first covid lockdown really forced me to re-evaluate everything, but even so I dragged my feet on letting go of the old, scared to take that leap after working so hard to build up what I had.

I started out nearly 20 years ago with an initial focus on Sound Therapy, which soon expanded to include other modalities. My vision at the time was to run a holistic centre that would be a "one stop shop" for health. After many life lessons and personal traumas along the way, I've grown and my mission has shifted.

My aim has always been to empower others. So now it feels right to make that the focus of my work. I'm in the process of building a new website where the main focus will be online courses. I'll still run some workshops locally (as covid allows!) and I'm still available for individual treatments.
