Aegis Health is excited to see that the ground floor tenancies of the Aegis Health Private Hospital building and consulting suites tenancies are now being revealed with the scaffolding clearing and will commence fit-outs shortly.

On the ground floor/plaza level of the Medical Consulting building, Aegis Health is progressing a comprehensive General Practice with urgent care capacity. Work has commenced on the internal fit-out. Clinipath Pathology is adorning the medical centre with access from the medical centre and the central plaza.

Opposite the Aegis Health Medical Centre is one of two options for a Pharmacy for the precinct. This is an important service that we are excited to see developed. Next to the Pharmacy Site Option 1 is Western Diagnostic Pathology.

Adjacent to these two services is Perth Radiological Clinic Murdoch, which offers the most comprehensive suite of radiological modalities for the precinct.

Aegis Health is excited for these developments to commence their fit-outs and service provision for Murdoch Square practitioners and the broader community.

Aegis Health Medical Centre - May 2024 Update

This week brings an update on the progress of a specific Aegis Health service at Murdoch Square. Construction is progressing well at the Aegis Health Medical Centre. This facility, purpose-built for GP and Urgent Care services, will enhance healthcare access and efficiency for both the precinct and the local community.

Aegis Health has teamed up with Perfect Practice to create this state-of-the-art facility that handles both urgent and routine GP and medical needs.

Today, we were delighted to host our foundation GPs and our Practice Manager for a site visit. They had the opportunity to tour the ongoing construction, 'walk' through their future workspaces, and preview the locations and proximity of Perth Radiological Clinic, Clinipath and Western Diagnostic Pathology Services. They also reviewed two potential sites for pharmacy services within the precinct.

The construction is on track for completion in July, with services slated to commence immediately after that.

April 2024 Update

Aegis Health is nearing completion of our exciting new integrated, innovative and premium Medical Services Facility at Murdoch Square. Recent photos capture the final scaffolding coming down across the Aegis Murdoch buildings with internal fit-outs almost ready for operations.

Connected by a patient bridge to Fiona Stanley Hospital, Aegis Health in second half of 2024 will open 56 private inpatient mental health beds, a modern outpatient mental health Day Therapy Centre, 80 hospital ward beds, GP clinic with integrated occupational health services, and a Training Centre for specialist medical and clinical staff as well as an adjoining deluxe 182 bed Aged Care Facility.

Commissioning preparations are well underway with various teams across the different services.

Within 12 months, Aegis Health will also open multi-theatre Day Surgery and Day Procedure Units.

Our unique Facility will also include leading medical support operators offering the latest in radiology, pathology, and pharmacy services.

Aegis Health is pleased to see our vision come to fruition in seeking to meet the increasing needs of the WA Community for premium health services.

Just a quick post today signage is now gracing the facade of our integrated clinical building at , and the scaffolding is starting to come down! The main integrated clinical building is soon to reach practical completion, a major construction milestone.

This building houses 136 beds comprising the government's medihotel pilot beds, inpatient mental health services and other private beds, and a state-of-the-art day surgery complex.
