What a day on my plate has been looking like lately - meal prepped or easy to throw together edition👏🏼
I don't know about you, but I see all of these "what I eat in a days", and they are either super bloody complex to make (and that is the enemy of someone that forgets to eat or simply cant be bothered eating) or the foods contain so much S**T that doesn't align with my personal values.
While I will not be sharing calories or macros of my meals, this can be a good starting point if you're sick of eating like s**t but also don't want to spend hours in the kitchen.
All these meals and snacks can be prepared on a Sunday and last you majority of the week. I love to prep components of my food so I can throw things together for a lunch or dinner that takes me less than 5 minutes
Breakfast - Overnight Oats
Snack - Celery & Peanut Butter with Sultanas and Dried Apricots
Lunch - Greek-Inspired Chicken Salad with Brown Rice and a Homemade Honey Mustard Dressing
Snack - Green Smoothie
Dinner - Steak, Homemade Chips & Salad
Dessert - Milky Way & Mars Bar (bc its all about balance🤪)
