Colour Combo Series Part 2: The unexpected pairing you need to try.💙🍷✨

Powder blue and burgundy might not be the first combination you reach for… but trust me, they work beautifully together.
To show just how versatile this pairing is, I’ve styled it two ways:
🖤 Black bag + black boots
🤎 Brown bag + brown boots
Both work. Both change the mood of the outfit.

I’ve also switched up the accessories with two different pairs of sunglasses, one with a soft blue-toned lens and one classic black and gold frame from . Gold OR silver hardware throughout ties everything together effortlessly.

And can we talk about this shirt? It’s a vintage piece from my grandmother’s wardrobe, so every time I wear it, I think of her 🤍
The skirt was another bargain find from the .shops where textiles/clothing is sold by the kilo. Proof once again that great style isn’t about spending more,it’s about knowing what works together.

This powder blue suit was thrifted for just $15 for the set and paired with simple black pointed boots, a black belt and a gorgeous bag I picked up from my Aunty at the Rag Pop-Up Markets. 🙌

Welcome to my new Colour Combo Series ✨

Starting with one of my favourite base colours… BROWN.

So many people default to black because they’re unsure what works with brown, but honestly, brown is one of the easiest and most versatile colours to style.

Some of my favourite pairings:
