The word consistency is required.
Everyone uses meditation for different reasons however the studies prove over and over again that is supports life regardless of if you do it for 10 minutes or 40 minutes.
Obviously the longer you allow the greater the experience and connection.
Use what time you do have and give back to yourself 🙏🏻

Manipulating the breathe is a fun little experiment. Everyones experience will be different so trying out various timings can help you get a sense of how it changes your state.
It doesn’t matter what number you count to, do what feels good for you

I myself can totally own up to the thoughts of…
Not doing enough
Not being enough
Not growing enough
Not having enough…
But then I reflect on all I do have.
Right now, where I am and what I have is something I have always wanted and always dreamed of.
So I find toning down the ‘don’t haves’ as often as I can and find gratitude in all the blessings I do have puts me at ease and takes off that self destructive pressure that does more harm that good 🧘♀️
