What a pleasure it was to work with this gorgeous UK family of 4, to secure their first home in Perth. David and Vicki really wanted to be close to the city and beaches, but not too far of a commute to work for David, based SOR, or for the girls school in Claremont.

This very spacious home in Floreat ticked all the boxes ✔️ Two living areas, two outdoor areas, large kitchen, renovated and modern - but still bright and welcoming! We also completed our Home Set Up service for the family, meaning their little girls could crawl into their bunk beds straight from the airport - perfection!

We love watching your adventures, David and Vicky, and hope you are settling into your new medical roles well.

You may have heard of this suburb? It is highly sought after, due to the excellent reputations of both the public primary and secondary school.

Based south of the river, just off the freeway nestled on the Canning River, it is an older suburb and very family friendly.

Our NZ family had a quick turn around on their relocation due to a corporate role - and were thrilled to secure this beautiful home. We also helped with their container receival and home set up, so they could arrive straight from the airport and RELAX!
