We CAN do EVERYTHING a man can do (and IMO sometimes even better 🙊) but in order to do that, we go into our masculine, disconnecting us from SELF and our healthy feminine, which then means we lose everything that makes us special and unique as women, we lose the ability to tune into our intuition, listen to our bodies and our emotions and our sense of joy & play…

I NO LONGER have the want or need to prove, I can do what a man can, my only want and need now, is to be the FULL expression of MY-SELF, to lean into my healthy feminine and embody that fully…

My marriage is officially over, I have no job and very soon I will have to move out of my home where I have raised my children and lived for the last 10 years,…

Everything is changing and I feel as though I am being burnt at the stake ….

… but I need to trust that I will not be burnt down to the ground, but rather that I will rise like a phoenix from the Ashes…

I had to listen to this clip with Brene Brown twice before I got what she meant by “choosing discomfort over resentment.” And then - click! Brilliant… That. 🙂 And not just resentment. What if we were willing to choose discomfort over … regret? What if, when we choose those uncomfortable ”No's", the path to a life based in bold, vulnerable and congruent ”Yes!”s finally opens up? 🍃🍃🍃
