Hidden trauma from injury or life events, held in the body over time can cause blockages, which can result in pain, mental/physical illness and reduced body function. With Spinal Flow we identify layers of physical, chemical and emotional stress that impact on the body and subsequently our daily activities in life. While honouring your body for doing what it has needed to do as a protective response, I work with you to recalibrate your nervous system in a safe, loving, energetically aligned and supported space; by facilitating flow through the spine (spinal wave) where layers of stress can then gently be released. The body’s own innate wisdom of healing and connection is activated, resulting in an elevation of physical, mental and emotional health, with feelings of ease and freedom in the body.
