bittersweet goodbyes

Our humble Pilates and wellness studio is closing its doors this week. We have absolutely LOVED serving you all things movement, self care and wellness.

Unfortunately our landlord has decided not to renew our lease so this means goodbye to our space and the community we have created here.

THANK YOU SO SO MUCH to everyone who was a part of it in any way. From those of you that helped create the dream, to those that made the space happen, to those of you who brought your friends to classes and events, those that dived deep into their movement and healing journeys, those who laughed and cried with me during covid and to those who offered your help for the end, both physically and emotionally.

It’s meant the world to myself and the facilitators to be able to deliver our passion to you all. The studio will always hold special memories 💫
