Vacation Mode Activated!

After a huge year, we are finally taking a long-overdue holiday!

I’ll be soaking up some sunshine and recharging the batteries until January 13th. 🌴☀️

In the meantime:
✔️ Stay consistent with your training and nutrition plans—progress doesn’t pause!
✔️ Track your check-ins as normal so we can stay on top of your goals—I’ll review and respond when I’m back in Perth.
✔️ Trust the process and remember, every small step counts!

🌟💙 This Saturday, October 19th, starting at 6 AM, we’re taking on a 24-hour treadmill challenge to raise money for Telethon!

After raising an incredible $3,960 last year, we’re aiming even higher for 2024, with a goal of $5,000! Our members and the Jetts Rivervale team will be walking, jogging, or running non-stop for 24 hours.

But we can’t do it alone – we need your support! If you’d like to join the challenge and book a spot on the treadmill, or if you prefer to donate, follow the QR code or link below.
