This event is set in a tranquil garden adorned with gentle lighting, here we'll embark on a journey of deep relaxation and immersive musical meditation through word, sound and the breath.

Together we'll explore ancient sounds and vibrations from Tibetan singing bowls, crystal bowls, bells, drums, and other vibrational instruments, creating an environment that nurtures your inner peace and well-being.

From this space of calm and relaxation, we will dive deep into your subconscious mind, and connect you to your most authentic emotions through a soft use of the breath.

All these holistic modalities are proven to help reduce stress, alter consciousness, and create a deep sense of peace, well-being, and better health.

Herbal tea and cacao are offered to close.
