📣WE ARE SEEKING GENERAL LABOURER’S FOR 2-3 MONTHS.. (with the prospect of ongoing employment)to join our team & plant a mass amount of tubestock & spread seed along our civil infrastructure projects in the Perth metro area.🌳

This is a entry level role, therefore requirements are minimal;

🌲 Fit & capable to endure long physical days in winter weather
🌲White card (essential, however this can be obtained after you’ve been accepted for the role)
🌲Reliable transport to depot in Canning Vale
🌲Ability to pass a Drug & Alcohol test
🌲Steel cap boots & long navy pants (the rest is provided)
🌲casual contract, with flexible days to suit those who are studying etc. (full time preferred)
🌲Able to start ASAP

🌱Visa worker, needing a temporary contract

General Labourers - Planting UGC Group is an environmental company that works across a number of civil, commercial and local government contracts in the Perth Metro area.

PEOPLE || Meet Brodie 👋🏻 Brodie is in his first week at UGC Group as part of the Environmental Department, & has spent his first days on the ground planting tube stock on a large civil project, as well as conducting w**d mitigation for a local government in the stunning Perth Hills.

Brodie is currently studying a Bachelor Of Science in Environmental Management while working flexible days around his studies.

Brodie is a hard working & eager new starter with a tonne of initiative, who is fitting seamlessly into the UGC group team.

How you’ll contribute;

We are seeking a worker in our Grounds Maintenance Department to work on an array of contracts featuring commercial clients such as Regents Garden Aged Care Facility, at their 5 various sites across Perth, amongst others.


General Skills you’ll require;

-A positive overall attitude
-The ability to work independently
-A high attention to detail
-General landscape gardening experiencing
-Ability to communicate effectively with the client
-Desire to be creative with garden design
-Able to work in a non-disruptive manner
-Patience and empathy for the elderly
-High level of presentation & hygiene
-Light-hearted personality
-Licenses/ticket requirements;

-Valid C Class manual license
-Reliable transportation to & from depot
-Experience with hand mowers, brush cutters, blowers, hand & power tools
-An advantage - Relevant grounds maintenance experience or trade certificate in Horticulture
